Committees and Reference Groups
Nominations, Remuneration and Evaluations Committee
The Council of Member Representatives is required to establish a Committee
consisting of all or some of its members to assist in carrying out the
specified functions relating to the appointment of the Chair and Non
Executive Directors; the review of the structure, composition and performance
of the Board; and the remuneration of the Chairman and Non Executive
Directors. The Committee is chaired by Peter Harvey, the Trust Chairman,
and comprises 2 public members, 1 nominated member and 1 staff member
who are currently:

The Council of Member Representatives decided to establish a number of Reference Groups to develop advice and give guidance to the Trust on particular issues. The number and range of groups may change over time in line with the priorities and interests of the Council but at present comprises:
