Choose & Book
Choose & Book is a service which enables electronic booking either with their GP or the hospital. The system provides a choice of date, time and location for first outpatient appointment.
Patients can either book their appointment electronically immediately with their GP or other Practice staff or they can call a telephone booking service or book via the internet. Visit www.chooseandbook.nhs.uk
The Poole Care Trust supports this choice by commissioning a range of services so that patients have several providers to choose from. At the same time, the NHS provides information for patients to enable them to make an informed choice of hospital for their appointment. Visit www.nhs.uk.
